Gooviweb Client Document Requests gives site administrators a simple workflow for requesting documents from clients without requiring the client to create a WordPress account.
Features:
- Create document requests from WordPress admin.
- Specify the documents the client should provide.
- Generate a long, random, expiring request link.
- Upload PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC and DOCX files.
- See pending, received and expired requests.
- Receive an email notification after an upload.
- Privacy Policy helper text for site administrators.
- No external service, tracking, telemetry or remote code.
Uploaded files are stored in the site’s normal WordPress uploads directory. Site owners are responsible for configuring suitable server access controls, retention policies, backups and privacy notices for the sensitivity of the documents they request.
Инсталиране
- Upload the
gooviweb-client-document-requestsfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Activate Gooviweb Client Document Requests.
- Open Document Portal in the WordPress administration menu.
- Create a request and send the generated link to your client.
