In /wp-admin, go the form > Form Settings > Form Options > „Display at the bottom of every post“

- Install and activate Gravity Forms
- Upload and activate this plugin via wp-admin/plugin-install.php
- In the left of your Admin screen, click „Forms“
- Scroll over one of your forms, and click „Form Settings“
- Scroll down to Form Options
- Select „Display at the bottom of every post“
