## Описание

AssertivLogix AI Support Chat is an intelligent customer service assistant that 
lives on your site, answering visitor queries instantly using custom training data,
WooCommerce product catalog details, and static page details.

Unlike generic bots, this plugin reads your WooCommerce inventory (prices, categories,
stock levels) and indexes your site pages/posts to provide accurate, specific details
about your offerings.

### Key Features

 * **API Providers**: Choose between OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini) and Anthropic 
   Claude (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Haiku).
 * **WooCommerce Integration**: Automatically indexes products, category structures,
   prices, and stock statuses.
 * **Auto-Crawl Static Pages**: Automatically follows internal links on your site
   to grab custom static pages and template layouts.
 * **Manual Training Base**: Input custom Q&As, contact info, and special instructions
   from the admin panel to direct the AI.
 * **Interactive Live Chat Logs**: A beautiful admin dashboard to view scrollable
   message threads, sessions, timestamps, and visitor IP addresses.
 * **Smart UI Widget**: Modern, customizable design with customizable primary/secondary
   colors, screen positioning, and cross-page conversation persistence.

### External Services

This plugin relies on external/third-party AI services to generate chatbot responses.
Depending on your configuration in the settings, the plugin connects to either OpenAI
or Anthropic (Claude) APIs.

 1. **OpenAI API**: Used to process visitor queries and generate chatbot responses 
    using models like GPT-4o or GPT-3.5-turbo.
 2.  * **Data Sent**: The visitor’s question, recent conversation history, and relevant
       website context (such as indexed pages/products).

No visitor IP addresses or personal database records are transmitted to these services
unless explicitly typed into the chat widget by the visitor.

## Инсталиране

 1. Upload the `assertivlogix-ai-support-chat` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/`
    directory, or install directly through the WordPress plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
 3. Go to **AI Support Chat -> Settings** to configure your API provider (OpenAI or
    Anthropic) and enter your API Key.
 4. Go to the **Content Analysis** tab, verify your manual training options, and click**
    Index Website Now**.
 5. The widget will appear automatically on your website’s front end.

### Does it support translation/localization?

Yes, the plugin is fully localized and supports WordPress standard localization 
workflows.

### Will crawling slow down my site?

No. Crawling and indexing are only run manually when you click the „Index Website
Now“ button or via a daily background cron schedule (scheduled during low-traffic
periods).
