Search for „Custom Colors“
Click the „Install Now“ link
Click „Activate Plugin“

Via ZIP / FTP

Unzip the ZIP file and drop the folder straight into your wp-content/plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
