How to Install

Upload the plugin to your blog and activate
Visit the plugin settings to use the tools

To use the database tools:

Visit the plugin settings page
Check the box to „Enable database tools“ and then click „Save Changes“
Then click the link that says, „Open WP Database Tools“ (opens new tab)

After accessing the database tools page, you can either „repair“ the database, or „repair and optimize“ the database.

Important! Remember to disable the database tools when you are finished using them! To disable the database tools:

Visit the plugin settings page
Uncheck the box to „Enable database tools“ and then click „Save Changes“
Done! You will notice the link to open database tools no longer is displayed

Restore Default Options

To restore default options, uninstall the plugin via the WP Plugins screen, and then reinstall.

Uninstalling

This plugin cleans up after itself. All plugin settings will be removed from the WordPress database when the plugin is deleted via the WP Plugins screen.

We had no idea Wordpress even had these database tools. This plugin does exactly what it says it does in a very concise and intuitive way. Not really sure why it’s not got thousands of active installs! Good work. Oliver

Just as I like the solutions that you offer on your blog. Very effective here also, where don’t need a lot of (bloatware) plugins for. Even if not all come with out of the box solutions, I really don’t mind but this one is simple and effective overall! Thanks!
