Installing Intercom on your WordPress site takes just a few minutes.

The first thing you’ll need to do is install and activate the plugin – you must 
be using WordPress v4.9.0 or higher and have the ability to install plugins in order
to use this method.

Note: This plugin injects a Javascript snippet on your website frontend containing
dynamic user data. Some caching solutions will cache entire pages and should not
be used with this plugin. Doing so may cause conversations to be delivered to the
wrong user.

Just came here to say that this plugin definitely DOES work, not sure what all the
negative reviews are about. Its literally a one-click integration.

This plugin is literally broken and it’s wasting my time and my client’s time. End

I’ve installed Intercom at two sites now using this plugin, and have found it to
work quite smoothly, though customizing the „launcher“ beyond shape and color requires
working with the javascript API, which is not currently facilitated by the plugin.
