 1. Upload the `promotion-bar` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
 3. Configure the plugin settings via the ‘Promotion Bar’ menu in the WordPress admin.
