You can install Webbu Mobile Framework Theme Switcher (WMF Theme Switcher) plugin into your desktop website and choose another theme for mobile devices without affecting your desktop theme.
Detects all the Mobile Browsers and loads the mobile theme per your settings done in the admin.

Instructions
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/wmf-theme-switcherdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use the Settings -> WMF Theme Switcher screen to configure the plugin
