I installed this out of curiosity. I have no other cache plugins or anything, and the site is hardly fast, so I was interested to see if this made any difference.
Firstly, once installed, the options available are ALL enabled by default, and are described as being ‘typically safe’ to use—kind of a funny thing to say. I looked around for other ‘advanced’ settings available that provided more aggressive approaches ‘not necessarily safe to use’ but there are none. So you get some that are ‘typically safe’ and they are all enabled.
Anyway, after all that, I ran some tests, and the plugin does absolutely nothing. So I uninstalled it.

This is a simple plugin that cleans up the code. I myself use it on various sites.
